Methodology And Work Plan

Preparation & Planning

Upon acceptance of the quote, a job sheet and schedule is prepared using our proprietary work flow management software for better project management. Any artwork required is created by our graphic and industrial designers and submitted for your approval. Ones proposed designs and construction methods have been finalized and signed off, the files and documents are distributed to individual departments as necessary. Further, a production meeting is now held for all supervising staff to discuss the project and to facilitate the necessary interdepartmental collaboration to get the job done right within the planned timeline. Following this, our Purchase dept. orders all materials and assigns stock to your project. Our network of local suppliers ensures we get the best materials for the job in a timely fashion.

Production

Each department carries out their assigned roles and monitors progress of the project.This allows us to instantly identify any issues that might alter our planned time line and course- correct on the go. A weekly production meeting is also held to track work progress and resolve outstanding Issues. During production, the Individual departments take ownership of the project and run regular quality checks. This is then run by the Project Manager on a weekly basis thus making sure that we meet you standards and expectations.

Delivery & Installation

Completed signs are properly wrapped and packaged to avoid the possibility of damage during transit. Our skilled and qualified installers efficiently fix the signboard with the help of a computer generated drawing. Once installed, the sign and site are cleaned and readied for sign-off.
